I just ordered a thuren track bar last nite from his site. i sent an email asking to call me before processing the order to see if i could expedite the shipping. but no response i also called today and got voice mail and still no call. however i did get a thanks for my payment through paypal. has anyone else gone through this or have any suggestions.

I've bought several things from Don and always had good service but I think he might be a one-guy shop. He has always been a great guy to talk to and do business with. If it's only been less than 24 hours, I'm sure he will call you. I know he has a family and young child so you never what may have come up today. I bet he calls you soon.

Mike, I've always spoken with him prior to placing my order. He usually makes his products after receiving the order. He'll probably call you before it ships to give you the options. He generally doesn't have his products sitting on the shelf to my experience.
Don is one of the most honest guys to deal with that I know. I know on at least 2 occasions that he has steered someone to another product when he didn't think his product was best for the application. You can't beat customer service like that in my opinion.
If you are nervous about the order, try giving him a call again. He has always been very responsive to my calls as well. Hope it works out well for you, I'm sure Don will do his best. Good luck, Matt

i bought my TB off of him, and I ordered, he built, and let me know when he shipped it, I paid with my card online..

thanks guys, i guess i didnt think that it would be a built to order product seeing as though its a major issue. i replaced my stocker last year and didnt spend the extra then. now im paying twice . i had the death wobble the other day and i said buy now ship yesterday !! thanks matt
