Throttle return gizmo
My throttle return linkage gizmo is getting a little weak. My throttle was getting stuck so I added a small spring to the lever. now the pedal is a little stiff. anyone know a good source for this part?

I think some trucks have three or four springs, mine was missing all of them minus one per say.. I know that DC offers a pretty pricey repair kit for the throttle return springs, but what i did was just use a zip tie and stretch out the spring a little more on mine by grabbing it from another coil a little bit lower on the spring and hooking it to the little nub that it connects to from the zip tie..
If all else fails you can go to a hardware store and buy some spring assortment and see which one works, for me it was just a temporary fix, but it has worked much better than i thought...

Most 12 valves have two return springs side by side.
I get replacements at the hardware store.
