Throttle control sensor?

My buddys truck is an 04 automatic. While holding the throttle in one position the truck will kind of defuel and act wierd while driving down the road. What could this be? someone told him it was a throttle control sensor. If this is the problem how hard is it to change? Or what else could it be? Thanks! Tyler

I guess nobody will reply to you because you have a Dmax now! LOL! Just kidding, I had to give you heck about it. Maybe they will answer to me. Does anybody know anything about the throttle control sensor on these trucks? Me and GrayMax410 are trying to help out a neighbor.

Do a search for apps or accelerator pedal position sensor...theres a lot about that. i think thats the problem and theres all kinds of ways to go about "trying" to fix it, you need to bring your predator over sat and we will get some codes
