Throttle Cable ball socket removal 'APPS replacement'

This may be a stupid question, but I am stuck and need help. I am not sure how to remove the ball socket from the Apps sensor with out damaging it. PLEASE, how do you do it? Dead in the water untill I get this done.

Thanks for your help,

DuaneW.

Two screwdrivers behind the socket and pry it off the ball. It'll come off, just takes a little effort.

Got It- Thanks Aggie

Thanks, just got it off, was afraid of breaking the darned thing and after my one sided love affair with the dealer, I didnt want to go back for seconds. Now just waiting for 30 mins to pass so I can do the apps reset. Appreciate the quick response Aggie.
