Thread pitch for VP44 gear?

I'm getting everything together to replace a dead VP. I bought a small T style steering wheel puller that should work to pop the gear off. I want to make sure I have the right bolts to thread into the gear. Any help is appreciated!

I did mine last night and I was told by the cummins mechanic at Southeastern power systems that I didnt need a puller. Just loosen the main 4 bolts and the bracket at the bottem and loosen the pully bolt some and tap on the 27mm nut with a ball pin hammer and it pops right off. Mine did with no problem.
Good luck

That would work but theres only like 4 inches of room between the shaft and the fan shroud

Yeah but the four inches was enough to get it done. You dont have to tap very hard.
