Those of you w/ 35's or bigger
Howdy, Talking w/ my tire guy today, and he was mentioning that when we go with larger tires and wheel combo's, there is a tendency for the steering to want to pull to the right, I would like some opinions if this universally true or a problem with the solid axle, or none of the above. Is this a combo of heavier wheels and tires accentuating the pull in the steering?, and do the leveling kits that the quality vendors put out address this. Also I've read here that you should have an alignment ( moving the caster to like 3+*) this may not help address the "pull right syndrome". I'm going with something close to stock backspacing and offset to try to keep thing tucked in anyway. Thanks, I hope I was fairly clear.

Mine does not pull at all. I had the alignment shop put all the caster they could in it. I think it ended up being like 5*. I also had to have it done at a semi truck shop. It would not fit on the racks at the regular alignment shop.

I have 37's on mine. Road steer is a bit more than stock but expected with a 13.5 wide tire. You will be fine. Have an alignment done and run it.

I have 40"x15.5 on mine and I can let go of the wheel at 95mph and it's straight as an arrow.I take all my vehicles to a specialty shop that only does alignments and suspension work.

No pull...or steering drawbacks at all on mine...
Heck...it is better than stock now. 37 x 13.5's with 5" lift.
DSS...good steering stabilizer and a "correct" alignment with 4 or so degrees of caster...rock solid.
