My wifes 98 12 valve is running real cold. The temp wont even hit 160. Will it hurt to run a 192-195 degree thermostat? I am going to buy one tonite. I am going to replace it with another. I am not sure if the thermostat is even working, it might just be open.

I know that NAPA sells a 180* thermostat for the 12 valve.
In fact I happen to have one right here.
The NAPA part # is 370-180
I don't know of a higher temp thermostat for the 12 valve.
Maybe someone else does.
