Is there a difference?

I'm looking on Discount Auto Mirrors for the folding 3rd gen tow mirrors. It looks like there is almost a $80 difference in price from the 2nd gen version and the 3rd gen version. Does it really matter? I'd rather pay $40 for each than $115 for each. These are both cool-vue, and its the manual non-heated versions (I dont need power or heated really)

Thanks for help! Hopefully someone can tell me so I can buy today.

Not quite sure what the question is, but the 3rd gen mirrors do not fit the 2nd gen trucks (and vice-versa). Hope this helps.

What he said. The mounting base on the 3rd gen mirrors is physically different than the one on the second gen mirrors, as the doors on each body style are physically different.
