Is there any quiet bhaf/aftermarket filter?
I just bought another 24valve after not having one for five years; 02 2500 reg cab HO 6sp 4x4. It's got an edge juice w/attitude with the pump wire tapped, an aftermarket air intake and 4in turbo back w/no muffler.
Flame away all u want but this thing is too loud for my taste. The turbo whoosh/wine is louder than my 3406E cat powered peterbilt 379 with dual breathers and exhaust. Am I gonna have to go back to the stock airbox setup to quiet things down? I'm gonna put a muffler on it too.
I want it to be as quiet as my old truck which was an 01 5sp with stock air filter, edge ez and 4in turbo back w/muffler.....
