Thank you bully dog!
A buddy of mine owns a diesel performance shop and he let me try out the power pup on my 04. Loved the extreme setting, but the 48RE does not! It also stacked well with my volumizer when in the lower settings. When I reloaded the stock program I noticed some changes. First in tow/haul mode my truck now locks out 4th gear, before it did not. The second thing was the high idea control was activated as well, it didn't before. Just wondering if anyone eles has had this happen when changing back to the stock program?

I haven't returned it to stock, and had the high-idle feature enabled by the dealer, and it stayed enabled. Perhaps going back to stock, then extreme again, would allow tow/haul to lock out 4th?

I have been in contact recently with Bullly Dog and althought I did not ask this specific question, I was left with the impression that if you have the latest version of the DL software, the stock setting has all the current reflashes as well as adjustments for those changes in the tow, performance and extreme setting. I have one of the early downloaders and it is on its way to Bully Dog now to get a reflash so that I can take advantage of those updates.

Very easy. Go here: http://www.bullydog.com/warranty/warranty.pl and fill out the best you can. Just put in the remarks block that you want the latest reflash. This form is setup to collect your credit card information to cover return shipping if required, but it will not be charged (at least they haven't charged anyone yet). The only thing it costs you is getting the box to them. Fill out, hit the "submit query" button, print, put in the box with your downloader, and send it in to the address on the bottom of the form. Don't even have to call them.

I just tried out the Extreme setting and it seems to have a bad flat spot(more like a bog) EGT's rise but RPM or speed doesn't for a second, Is it too much fuel for my little turbo? My BDDL says V 1.0 on the screen, what does your updated one say?
