Tail Light Problem

Tail Light Problem
03 ram No tail lights.
traced problem to the fuse box, the park light relay.
i have power to pin 30 and 86. but nothing to pin 85.
has any one else had this problem? called the dealer fuse box or pcm or fcm as they called it was on back order and was 500.00
so for a temp fix i jumped a switched hot to pin 87 so i have tail lights when the key is on.
has anyone tried to fix the pcm?

if you jumped pin 30 over to 85 you would duplicate the wiring inside the PCM. the manual shows a internal connection between the two inside the PCM. both are fused off of fuse number "15".

so if i make a permanent jumper say on the bottom of the relay between 30 and 85 then put the relay back in that should bypass the problem in the pcm and the lights would work with the switch again
