T-Rex suspension:

I posted this on a similiar site and thought that some people here would benifit:
My first impressions of the T-Rex suspension system with the Mini-leaf pack are beyond anything I could have imagined. Kent took excellent care of me answering many, many questions. My shocks are valved for more of an off road application. It is incredible. Washboard that would be shaking everything in the truck is smooth. I have an excellent place to test outside of town and have been on regularly all of this fall – I actually thought the road was bladed or something because things were so smooth.
Granted, the larger objects are still felt upon the initial incident, but immediately after the occurrence the truck is solid again. I don’t know if that makes sense but that’s the best I can describe – the sway, the bounce, the shake just dies. I have so much more control and can run much higher speeds. Having said that, I do not need to run faster to feel a smoother ride.
I’m very impressed. Here are some pics of my truck and I will try to answer any questions:

Re:T-Rex suspension:

When I save up enough money, I'll be getting one for my 4x4. TDR had a huge thread awhile back about T-Rex,, very informative.

Re:T-Rex suspension:

As will I..That is just what I need for the dunes at Pismo..the small stutter/braking bumps that form in the sand will bounce you out of the cab..I've spoke to them about it, its 4,000.00 installed..But its a completely reengineered suspension..heck, I spent that for a ATS trans, its only money.. :

Re:T-Rex suspension:

I really lust for the T-REx setup, but because I am a poor military man, I settled for the D25/Bilstein improvement-- not even the same league as the T-rex. But it looks cool and helps the ride quite a bit.

Have a link to that thread? I've got my eye on this kit also, but it won't be in the budget for a long time.
