When I put on my Kore Chase suspension I couldnt use the billet drop blocks for the swaybar because of my DSS. Sage Carli at Carli Suspension sells adjustable end links. They are working for me.

BarryG: I have the same links from Carli for the same reason you do. Do you get a metal-to-metal pop sound fron them? Only on ocasion when turnning.
Could be something else failing. Just strange it started when I put the new swaybar ends on.

Dr.:
No I dont get that sound. However previously I did get a sound like that when I added the third gen track bar bracket. When I installed the new track bar install went fine and then I started hearing this popping sound. Then I noticed it only did it when it was wet outside ie rain/snowing. It took me a few weeks to track it down. The track bar bolt that connects it to the axle on the pass side was torqued to spec but it apparently was not quite enough. After I got someone to help me while they turned the steering wheel I went over the front end with a fine tooth comb and tracked the sound back to there. So I tightend that bolt a bit more and walla no more sound.

Thanks, I have had a loose track bar end before. I could feel the pop thru the sterring wheel. This new pop is different. Sounds like it's right at the driver's wheel. might be the U-joint.. ?
