Suspension?

Suspension?
So unfortunately I'm well into needing Ball joints, tie-rod ends, and a new streering stabilizer for the truck as well as needing new injectors due to a smoke at idle. The suspension parts are the most critical for replacement and I was just wondering where everybody has gotten their's so that I can make an informed purchase. I don't want to have to spend an arm and a leg because we have a baby due any day now but I don't want any cheap crap that I'll have to re-replace in another few thousand miles either. The boss has let me know that the $1100 f1 injectors are out of the question so now I'm moving down the line. What have been good for you guys? I don't need anything extreme but a few extra ponies would be nice. My truck has somewhere around the 110,000 mile range but don't know for sure as a line of display has burned out on the odometer. Where could I get on of those?
As you can see I have let a few things pile up on my plate here and could use some insight. Sorry for the long post and many thanks in advance.

according to bob4x4, there are some new ball joints that are going to be available in a short time that are supposed to be better than anything currently available. you might want to hang on a little longer. also, i have a superlift dual steering stabilizer that has worked well for me with the lift and 35" tires. kore and thuren have stabilizers as well, but are quite a bit more $$$.

The standard Rancho steering stabilizer has worked well for me and won't cost much. Look for good quality Moog parts for the steering bits, they'll last a good long time. Can't help on injectors.
