surface rust on interior of cab - what to paint it with?
Since I have the interior removed from the truck from this weekend's work, I figured I ought to not be too hasty in putting it back in.
There is a small amount of surface rust where the water was sitting. I think I'll use a wire wheel to clean it up. What product should I apply once I remove the rust? Or should I just go get a can of standard Rust-Oleum?

Get a small can of POR 15 to cover & stop rust. Follow the directions. The large cans go bad if you open then & only have small jobs. POR can be painted over. I used a rustoleum competitor that can be color matched to a paint chip. It was ~ $8/qt. It doesn't have metal flake but is good enough from a distance.
