suncoast valve body problems

i have a 06 2500 with the 48re. the current problem im having is at wot the truck wont shift from 1st to 2nd. i downed the tire size on the smarty and the edge to 32's and the truck still wont shift from 1st to 2nd. if i go half or 3/4 gas the truck shifts fine. i had my buddy hook it up to his snap on comp and the truck is calling for 2nd but wont shift until i let off the gas. i bought both of these: Transmission governor pressure solenoid, Transmission governor pressure sensor and still no luck. any one have any ideas? is the valve body screwed up? thanks for your help.

Have you contacted Suncoast about this? I'm sure they could diagnose the issue better than we can. Or take it to your tranny guy if you have one.
