sugg for/smarty jr/max boost/stock turbo
*i have a 2004.5 and i noticed that my truck makes maybe a little over 35psi with the jr on sw3, tq default, tm 2, pod at 99. now i was told the stock turbo is not make to handle more than 44 psi (true or false???)
* i am planing on ats trans parts?tq conv. now my trucks says its making the boost/same power it always did but does not feels like it would that have to do with the trans wearing outor could it be just me used to it?
* does anyone have future suggestions for power after i get my trans i dont really want a ton of power just a little more than i have now
i dont tow or haul just have a hobby and a heavy foot.

it loses it efficiency at 35+. I run about 42-44 on mine if i turn everything up but thats a rare occasion.
I can't really understand your second question, needs comma's and maybe more than once sentence.
Just go to a smarty senior, or keep the junior and run a mp8 maybe.

33-35 is the most I want to see out of mine (thats in the manifold, in the horn I could see 37 easily due to the HUGE restriction, but have never seen over 34 in the manifold).
At 33-34psi there is almost 60psi of drive pressure, so were getting close to a 2:1 and the efficiency just isn't there.
Marco is working on raising the WG opening from the OEM ~32 to ~35, to get the extra boost but still keep the stock components happy.

I ran mine at 38 lbs from almost new to 98k with my TST and never had any trouble.. Take care of oil, filters and do not abuse the vehicle and they can last.. Swapped my stock for Silver 62 and now run 45lbs and expect a long life form this turbo.. At 129k as of last fill up.

With my mods I bury my needle on my 35psi guage. A buddy of my with a JR on an '05 sees slightly higher boost levels. That is level 80 on the perf program. I tow and don't want to fry the clutch. She pulls awesome now. No need for more boost for me.
