Storing a Diesel

Due to gas prices, insurance and lack of job i am going to be storing my truck prolly about a year or so and riding a motorcycle. which brings me to my question what is needed to be done to store a truck for this period of time. it will be driven maybe once or so a month for hunting and thats about it.
Thanks Jturs

If you plan on driving it once a month it wil be ok. Make sure to get it up to temp when you do drive it. I would park it with the fuel tank full so it doesn't sweat as bad over the winter months.

Sounds 'bout right. Try and add small amount of fuel after each monthly trip.

Put a dose of biocide in the tank to prevent the algae growth that otherwise could cause major problems.

Goto Harbor Freight and get a FLOAT CHARGER.
Keep those batteries hot & ready to go.
