stollen trucks
hey guys im new to this site and just wanted to share a small story withyou all.
Well my name is patric and i live in Albuquerque new mexico and i have been looking on this site for a while now but never posted anything but this is my first.
on febuary 10th my dads 96 12v 4x4 was stolen from his driveway he had owned the truck for about 6 years and it was prefect it suited him well and now it is gone. as for me i also owned a 96 12v 2500 4x4 5sd it only had 120000 mles on it and it too was prefect paint body and drive train and it was stolen from my driveway lastnight, and wow what a feeling.
my father and i have both worked very hard all of our lives and driven cars and trucks that were not so nice and finaly after years of working hard and driving substandatd trucks and making due with what we had we both had the trucks that we realy wanted they were both great beautiful truck, we felt that we would not need to buy another truck for a long time and now someone had taken our hard work and sacrifice and removed it without permission. I guess im just saying that it is realy hard to have your pride and joy stolen and im sure many of you can appreciate what we are experiancing. just do what you can to keep your trucks safe and secure.

I grew up in San Diego and the Mexicans would steal the Fords and have them across the border before sunup. Any non alarmed truck was good as gone especially if it had tools and fancy stuff on or in it! The Federales could have cared less about finding it too. I hope you get it back but I wouldn't count on it. That's tough to deal with man, I hope you were insured!

Why don't you try and contact the DTR group in your area. Let them know what happend with the details of your truck and your dads truck and maybe they can keep their eyes out for you.
You can post the details of your stolen truck on the Arizona DTR thread (AZDTR #20 ) which is further down on the forum's menu page.
The guys here are very helpful and could possibly keep an eye out for you. Its always nice when you more than 2 sets of eyes, looking for your truck.
Hope this helps.
