stock wheel load ratings

What are the stock wheels rated at in lbs? I found some steel rockcrawling wheels that are rated at 2000lbs a piece, but 8000k - 7400lb truck doesnt leave much room for anything. The more expensive wheels like procomp and all them are about 3500, but out of my budget for now. What are the stockers good for? Thanks, Andrew

I would have to guess the stock steel or aluminum wheels are only slighly higher than an E rated tire, 3042 pounds.

I can't imagine having much of a safety factor there. I would love to have alot of safety factor, but I truly don't know.

On my old '89 the rims were rated at 1 lb more than the original tires.
