Stock Fuel Pressure

I just installed my 3 gauge pillar mount and gauges this weekend and I installed a isspro fuel pressure gauge and was wondering what the average fuel pressure is for a stock truck. It is currently showing about 6 psi when I start it up and it is idling. When driving it pulls the pressue down between 4.5-5.5 psi.. Just wondering what the stock pressure was...

My truck idles between 6 and 8, depending on the outside temp. It's usually right around 6. The warmer it gets, the closer to 8 it gets. At WOT it drops to about 5, but that's it. I have definitely noticed the FP can vary depending on the weather and how much heat is in the motor. The colder it is, the lower the FP, at least until the motor gets good and warm.

BTW - my gauge is connected to the CP3 via a banjo bolt, and then through an isolator mounted to the battery tray.

I see about 8 PSI at idle and pull it down to 4 PSI at WOT. When it is cold (32 or below) outside I see about 6.5 - 7 PSI at idle.

I connected my gauge to the CP3 with the banjo bolt and have a line going to the isolater mounted on the battery tray also. I ran a 4 foot SS line from the isolater to the gauge... was not sure I got majority of the air out of the line. I think I am going to try and bleed the line fro the cp3 to the isolater again....Thanks for the stats!!

When I first installed my gauges my Pressure was also at 7 PSI. I changed the Fuel filter (Had 10,000 miles on it) and the pressure came up to 8 PSI. Added PS (White bottle) and the pressure in cold weater came up to 8- 8.5. I also blead the fuel filter can out by cycling the key on and off a couple of times and opening the water drainoff valve to get the air out before starting the truck.

When I could stand the line vibrating in the cab I had 9-10 psi at idle and could get it to drop to about 4.5-5 psi wide open. I now have mine line pinched off trying to find a solution to the vibrating line
