Still running good
What are the odds of filling up and glance down to notice the mileage at exactly 257K? Thought I'd share that she still runs like a top without having to touch the engine (new VP of course). Lots of new/upgraded parts but the Cummins has been rock solid.

I have over 400,000 on mine. I dont have to add any oil between oil changes (5000) miles. Does have some blow by, which is normal. just replaced the factory clutch lastweek. I have over 275,000 on the current vp44. Rust is showing, but it never lets me down.

Divide 275000 by the number of times you fueled up and that should give you the ratio of odds to your good fortune.
My truck turned 100,000 passing Hooters in Spokane!! But I can't write a formula to calculate the odds of that!
