Still having death wobble issues?!?!?
I replaced the driver's side upper and lower ball joints as well as the front axle u-joint and figured I don't have to worry about any death wobble anymore. That was until I hit some mild bumps on my way to work this morning and it showed itself again. Good thing I decided to take the streets and not highway.
I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
I have some other things that need servicing but I'm EXTREMELY strapped for cash and I can't replace everything once shot like I would prefer to do.
I know for a fact my steering box is bad. It leaks all kinds of oil, but has been doing so for months and the dodge service tech told me it's not that big of a deal as long as I fill the power steering up regularly.
My outer tie rods are also shot. Dodge tech said that calls for the updated steering linkage, since they don't service the old style linkage.
The passenger side had the lower ball joint replaced last year. The upper I have no idea about and the drive line u-joint I'm sure has seen better days but it still looks "ok"...for now anyway.
Where do I go from here?

i have had the problem for some time myself, Dodge says that you need to put there single steering stabilizer on the front. One thing about that is there steering stabilizers are cheap. Dodges steering stabilizer are an oil shock, not very good for the size of our Trucks. There fix, did not fix my problem at all. i started doing some research and came to the conclusion i need better steering stabilizer, not just one but 2, one on each side. I went with BDS suspension 9500 series stabilizers and kit. They are a gas shock not your standard oil shock. roughly about 300 dollars for everything. Have not had the problem since, i have tried many times to duplicate the problem on purpose to see if that really fixed it. So far so good, had them on there now for about 6 months.

im getting my front end links replaced on tuesday. when i mentioned "death wobble" the service manager said "weve noticed Death Wobble only happens more often when your traveling upwards of 75MPH these trucks are heavy and shouldnt be traveling at that speed anyway" he told me not to be breaking the speed limit and things wont happen...either way it hasnt occured to me on this truck yet.
