sticky steering

My 98 2500 TD steering wheel is sticking and feels like its at the steering wheel itself. As a result, when slight corrections are made, the truck overreacts. Any fixes?

Bill, First off, Welcome!! Now to your question. Did you or anyone else adjust the bolt on the top of the steering sector? It sounds like when the gear box is a little too tight. Try checking the small "u-joints" in the steering shaft too. They might be getting stiff too.
