Steering pump issues...

I pulled into work the other and noticed my power steering pump was leaking from the bottom. Then I noticed one of those oval canister things that attach to the bottom and side of the pump. The bottom one broke off and was hanging. 2 of the screws sheared off so for a temporary fix I had to put one of the bolts in and JB weld the other side. It still leaks but is on there pretty good. The problem I have now is that the steering feels a little looser than before, and every once in awhile the wheel sticks. Then it snaps back to normal. What exactly are those cylinders? Is it time for a new pump maybe??

Those are the diaphragms for the vacuum pump, they have noting to do with the steering.

Should I be concerned that one of them is leaking?
