I was wandering if anybodys had this type of problem before. I have a 95 dodge 2500 4x4 ctd with a 4.5" lift and 35's. Lately I noticed that at slower speeds between 10 and 30 MPH that the truck sord-of does a wavelike vibration thats barely noticeable. I know my track bar nuckle has a little bit of play but I'm not sure if thats it or ball joints or some other front end part. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Chris.

I forgot to ad the most important part of the problem. It only does this when I turn in either direction. It doesn't do it when I drive straight.

What ^ said. Fix it right away...do not wait. You won't want to be in the truck when it happens straight ahead, at 40 mph! And it probably will. Could be Ball Joints, Steering Box, Track Bar, Shocks, Alignment...or more than one of these.

I've already had it happen to me when I hit pot holes just right on the road and the truck just goes crazy. Its insane!!! The first time it happened I just about crapped myself. lol. I know that the track bar has some play in it but how do you check to see if the ball joints are good or not?

Checking ball joints: Jack up the front axle to get the tire up in the air. Put a crow bar under the tire and try to lift the tire up and in while looking at the ball joint. They'll move if there worn out.
