steering pop

2002 dodge 2500 diesel ok here goes when stopping and after a full stop making a turn you feel a pop in the steering wheel replaced upper & lower ball joints new tires and alignment inner tie rod still feel the pop can some one please give ideas open to any thanks all thank you its making me crazzzzzyyyy

u-joints on the steering shaft(the shaft going between steering wheel and gearbox) that's my guess from the info given. if your 4wd it could also be the u joints on the front going from the diff to the hubs

Does it sound like it's coming from the inside or out?
If it's louder on the inside, (check by having the windows up and listen for it then down and listen for it), check this out. rock solid ram truck steering
Just a thought.
