starwheel

ok turned the starwheel up this morning and everyone says if you turn it up u get smoke. well i turned it up then turned it up some more and still barely any smoke. i know to get more power and smoke move plate forward which im about to do. but shouldnt my truck have some smoke goin downt he rode with starwheel cranked?

With nothing else done, the starwheel will add a little more puff off the line and thats about it.

where is the smoke screw located?

There is a cap on the end of the AFC that has a break off screw on it too I believe. A small hex head stud and 10mm locking nut are in there. It meters the low boost fuel before the AFC moves. Sliding the AFC ahead achieves the same result only not such a fine adjustment. Once you slide the AFC around a bit, you will be loosening this off if you can believe it...LOL...
