starting and cutting out issue on 03
I just put on a new industrial injection modified cp3 in the truck. ever since that it takes longer for the truck to start it has to turn over more , then it will start then die or stumble then it starts and runs good. When running it runs smother and quieter than it has in a long time. Also when the truck hits about 2700 rpm it cuts out or slows down (surges) and speeds up . Any body have any ideas what could be causing the problem.

you got a rail psi gauge? Had a 03 dually doing the same thing after dual cp3 install and it was the rail psi relief valve. capped it off and good to go.
