Looks good. Would you post a pic on how the stand mounts to the block. I will be building in a few weeks and like how you have the stand set up.
Lots of good info.

See you cut the pistons, what kind of power are you building for?

I took off the adapters and egged out one of the sloted holes and it bolted right up to the motor mount bolt holes, it's way sturdier then hanging it off the end long ways.

Shootin for a realistic 800hp on #2, thats what im working for.

Your set-up looks like it should be doable. I think my stand will hold that much better as well.
How is the balance? WOuld you raise or lower the block next time?

I'm hoping to get a drivable 600hp out of mine when all said and done.

It'll get painted when it's done, Those pistons are from Haisleys, And Here's some Twins Accesories...

Got more parts today

Got the turbo to intercooler pipes 3"
5 1/2" 45* Intake elbow
5" End reducer
and 3 1/2 Hot pipe
Should be starting them soon

Threads like this are great.... I love building up motors from a pile of parts. Makes me what to build a spare motor just for the heck of it. Keep up the good work.
