stage 2 cp3 dual feed kit

need to know what to do with the return lines comming from the pop off valve. do leave it hang or somehow plug the ports??industrial injection cp3 didnt come with any instructions...

You probably need to remove the one line and then run a fitting from the filter housing to the other return line. You will probably need a new small section of hose and a couple of hose clamps.

I dont fully understand? The metal line that comes from the rail pressure relief valve to the fuel filter canister has a T made into it. It T's off the fuel filter canister and then runs to the CP3. What do you do with the line from the relief valve to the filter housing? Do you replace the entire line and block off the filter housing?

When you installed the duel feed line, you should have the cp3 pressure relief valve and banjo bolt, tighten it on to the return line that you just removed. You don't need to take the whole line off. wrap some electrical tape around the end of the banjo bolt and valve, to keep it from coming loose. You don't want to remove the entire line and cap off at the fuel filter. If you do you will have no return fuel.

Either way will work. I run a rail cap and still have my return line from the pump going into the filter....I just did what I explained above.

We just reinstalled the relief valve and got it going. Still having the same problem with the truck, but we know the things that its not now.
