Stacking the DR. with my Smarty

well i just bought a used DR. Performance pressure box of a member of another forum and i was wondering what to expect? see SIG. stock lift pump and stock CP3....... will this do anything for me other then drain my rail faster?

You will notice a difference right away. Yes, you'll need a lift pump. You can probably get away without cp3 mod until you get stix.

DrP is an aggressive pressure box. It is recommended that you turn it off for daily driving and turn it on only when you really want or need it. It is hard on your injectors.

thanks, im not sure if im getting the single stage or multi stage with switch.... also can anyone tell me if you can still use the quadzilla boost fooler with the DR.P? i know they both use the map sensor......
as soon as i get my rail pressure gauge in im betting ill be ordering an airdog

Can't answer your question about the boost fooler, I don't run one.
It may react different on your 06 than my 03 but......
The Dr P box is awesome, I have the one with the 3 position switch and even on the tow setting it makes a huge difference with the lower smarty programs.
Seems in the higher settings is not as pronounced but still noticeable.
I agree with soolezoo you shouldn't run it full time, it jumps the rail psi up a fair amount and the rate it goes up is huge so I can see it working over the sticks pretty good.

can't wait to get this, you guys ahve me excited!..... turns out its the single stage module.... so i guess itll be a plug it in and forget it type of deal or is that not a good idea either? 50hp towing setting? I run SMarty SW 3 RP stock TM 3? i think...... does that sound about right?

I do not see any reason why you cannot wire in a on/off switch.

which box? there are two or three of the non adjustable ones, i think mine is stage II 110 hp.
