I hope you realize your dream truck and a 1996 2500 will already have the p-pump on it. You say p-pumped in your sig like it would be on a 24v conversion just thought you might want to know. Any 1994-1998.5 CTD trucks have the p-7100 pumps ranging from 160HP to the mighty 215HP pump found on 1998 manual trucks. just my .02 cents Ben

I look'ed into it a little while back and I'm pretty sure the law said that exaust has to exit above or behind the passenger seat. So I guess if you put a really tall stack out the hood it would work. I've seen Haisleys driving thiers before, but I'm pretty sure they're illegal. It's kind one of those "It's not illegal as long as you don't get cought" kind of deals.

Okay, while were on this subject.....how is everyone that is doing the through the hood stack making it work? how is the turbo configuration layed out and what all does it take? I have been trying to figure out what I am going to do for a while and really want to have the thru the hood stack for pulling but know I won't get away with it up here in Ontario on the road. As far as the laws go up here though....there is nothing saying that you can't probably because its never been done before but if they pull me over for it they will go thru the whole thing and that won't make them happy either!!!

im thinking its like Willy91 said its legal untill you get caught. i have always thought it would be cool. just like 4 inches above the hood. windshield would be dirty all the time. thats the only downfall. stills awsome looking
