I put a 4.5 inch lift on my truck and now when i turn the wheels a little bit, there is a squeaking noise. And it is when i turn both ways. I lubed everything but there is still the noise. It is also really noticable in the cold mornings. The truck handles great. Just the noise. Any thoughts would great.

 

Could be any ball-type joint or bushing in the steering or suspension. Climb under the truck and get a helper to rock the steering wheel back and forth. Most times, if something is squeaking, you can feel the vibration on the offending part with your hand. Also feel the steering box where it mounts to the frame, and make sure the bolts are tight.
