Squeak when turning right--u joint, ball joint, wheel bearing?

Hi,
In the last week or so I've noticed an intermittent squeak when driving and turning hard right.

The noise seems to be coming from the front drivers side, and sounds almost exactly like a brake squeal. It is only when I make 90 degree right hand turns going at least 10 MPH.
I'm feeling no vibration or any weird activities from the truck.
I had it off the ground today and couldn't see/feel any give that would indicate wheel bearings or ball joints. I grabbed the top and bottom of the tire and wiggled, and could see no give. I also stuck a BIG prybar under the tire, and couldn't see the balljoints move. I turned the wheel all the way to the right, and spun it--couldn't hear/feel anything but the clicking of gears inside the front diff. I pulled the front brakes off and cleaned/lubed them, but it's still doing it.

I'm either diagnosing it wrong, and it's the ball joints or wheel bearing, or I missed the location of the squeak and it's coming from somewhere else.

Additional info I had the ball joints replaced under warranty about 3 years ago. The squeak sounds different now than when it did then. I only have 61K miles on this thing right now.

Does anyone have any ideas on where to start? I won't be able to actually work on it, or even look, until next week.
Thanks!

LATE---LATE Update.

I found the issue and fixed it in April.
It turned out it was the inner rear brake pads of all things. The sound kept sounding like it was from the front. Plus the fact it mainly happened when I was turning. I guess I should have looked for all inexpensive solutions prior to thinking big bad ball joints.

The drivers side was almost completely seperated, and whenever I went around a corner, it leaned against the rotor and started squeaking. I never would have seen it unless I actually pulled the rear calipers. The pads were really, really, bad, and came off in pieces. I probably caught it just before it started digging into the rotors. $40 at autozone, and a half hour spent in the driveway doing both sides, and it was better than new.
