Sport Bumper

do you think the 2001 sport bumper looks weird?

i want to do a solid color front bumper but im not sure that a sport looks right?

so...........if i was to do a new front bumper should i get a used sport oem or a Street Scene Urethane Bumper Cover witch looks like a oem non sport bumper but all one color.

Why not just paint your chrome bumper Marc?

Yeah, I would just paint the OEM bumper. Worst case scenario if it comes out looking poorly you can still go with plan B and get another.

Personally I have a sport, and I love the way they look, but you need to buy more than just the bumper cover if you want to do that bumper swap. So because it would simply be easier I would go with the aftermarket bumper, even though I think the sport looks better personally.

is all bent up.....it was like that when i got the truck. by the time i get a top and lower cap an fik the chrome part i might as well buy a cover.
i always liked the sport bumper.
now that i am ready to get a bumper im having second thoughts on it.
for some reason i feel that it looks to "ricer" as you would say. maybe it just has to be the right color on the right truck.

soooooooooooo hows your beast coming i say you were fixin er up.

Its coming along. I blocked the hood out for 2 days to get it straight & got it primed. The cold weather put a hold on me. You should try Balsleys, they may have the bumper. 724-455-6100.
