is there a specialty tool needed to remove the injectors, if so how much is it and where can you find, i was told that it costs $90 HA, i doubt it, but u never know

that's the adapter you will need on top of the slide hammer they sell. the adapter is now 80 dollars i think, ridiculous if you ask me. if you get a piece of pipe wide enough to fit over the injector.take one of your lug nuts from your wheels and thread it on the injector(they are the same thread size). start tightening it until they pop up, cheap injector puller and works great. you could always use vice grips as well.

Since your sig shows a 2nd gen, I'll assume that's what you're working on.

Use one of your valve cover bolts and thread it into the injector. You can then carefully pry the injector out.
Or you can make a simple adapter for your slide hammer to pull on the bolt.

I'll post a pic in my gallery to give you an idea.

valve cover bolt...screw it into the injector, pry out a tad on the injector line running into the side of the head, and pop the injector out with very little effort...not hard at all

No one has ever mentioned this, but im assuming a new valve cover gasket is in order for this procedure as well? or do you re use your old one?

The original is actually a rubber doohickey. Very reuseable.
