DeTree, I hope you don't get offended, but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what you're asking.

Well dpeneds, what do you do with your truck? Do you tow at all, or just a daily driver? Id recomend stepping up the turb then you can do more fueling. Injectors now would just be more heat. If you tow look at the 62-12 or 62-13ss, if not towing get the 62-14. That should get you more wot time. You can stay at 1350+ for a couple seconds and i wont hurt it, but dont go longer than 30 seconds.

Got ya.

If she tows well with reasonable egts why worry? WOT runs at 1350 aren't bad, but I'm speaking from a drag racing perspective here. I'm 1350 at the 1/8..

More air is always nice, a 62/ 12 or 14 has been a great choice for many. With the auto and towing, I would look at the 12 housing.

Injectors will had more heat to a certain degree, pun intended... If you have stock injectors and want a little more punch, look at the Bosch RV275 injectors.

add a tad more air on your stocker and see what it does. if you still need more air a 62/12 will work.

23 to 25 psi at wot sounds low for your mods, do you have a boost elbow installed? A lot of guys are running up to about 34-35 with their stock turbos. I'm not saying a bigger turbo isn't in your future, but your stocker should be doing better than that. Just my $.02

more fuel w/o additoinal air = heat

more air (not necessarily boost) for the same amount of fuel = cooler EGTs

dont add injectors as that adds fuel and will in-turn add more heat. bump the boost to 30psi and take a look at EGTs. if still in trouble, downgrade your fuel (turn off the Edge) or add more air (bigger turbo).

To a certain degree, yes. More air will cool it down.
