Someone shot my truck
Well some little "insert your favorite word here" shot my truck last night with a bb gun. I would have rather them shoot the window since it would be cheaper to repair. They shot the sheet metal behind the rear passenger door in the Mega section. Happened between 230am-830am today. I am so
I told the cop that I wanted to sit on the roof with a real gun and shoot the little you know whats.

that sucks, if it was just a dent a paintess dent repair guy could fix it but now you either have to touch it up (ugly) or take it to a body shop (expensive). I hope they find the kids who did it.

it is pretty big really. about the size of a quarter. I have a buddy who owns a bodyshop and taking it there tomorrow to see how much $$ it will take. If it were the bed, i would just say heck with it since i am going to long bed it. I would not care too much but this thing is on the cab....

Ya get something you're proud to have and along comes a little terd that screws it all up. Seems only fair to catch the bugger, and "attempt" to remove the damage by buffing it with their face. Hope it's not too $$ of a repair.

I can't believe that... Seems that you can't have anything nice anymore. Is it really that hard to respect other people's property? I hope you catch the person that did that. Ridiculous!

Find a "nicer" used car dealer and get a referral to his touch up guy. When I was selling we had a guy that could make that disappear and would charge about $80-100. We got an F150 that looked like a real pos from the auction and he spent about a half day on it ($300 or so) and no kidding it looked almost new, increased the sale value by atleast $2500.

Geez Chris-that sucks. You think these are the same kids that shot fireworks at your truck? If so, you might have to go load up on some "artillery" shells from the local fireworks store and show them what real fireworks can do.

Last year this time (hunting season) I had a client almost get shot! He was cruising to the highway and the passenger side window exploded... He pulled over and after getting the glass cleaned out and cussing ... He found a bullet hole in the center console and one in the seat just behind his shoulder!!! Turned out >> If it hadn't hit the rubber trim at the bottom of the window.... it would have probably hit him pretty seriously!!!
Scary thought...
