Solid Steel LTD Trackbar retrofit?

You'll hear many different opinions on these products.
I run the SSI trackbar update and DSS on the front of my truck, had them on there for a long time now, and I don't regret it for a minute.
I drive my truck on some of the worst roads anywhere, heavy all the time, and a lot of off-highway use as well. No problems with the bracket, bar, or steering box brace.
They have been around a while, and will continue to be around, near as I can tell. Russell is one of the most stand-up people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

hi
the ssi bracket is some of the best money i spent !
sway and wonder are gone!
check the sway bar end links and bushings and
adjust your stearing box when you install it and it will drive like a sports car .

Look at a Thuren track bar. You'll need the DSS kit if your truck isn't lifted. Give Don a call to make sure you get the right stuff. http://thurenfabrication.com/

I have all 3 the adjustable track bar , the kit to change the ball mount and the
steering stabilizer .
My only issue is , I would like a way to put the retro kit on with out permanent alteration of the truck , so if I retire this truck , I can return to old , put parts in next truck .
I've seen some trucks with broken frames just behind the steering box , so wanted to upgrade mine .

solid steel BIZ
It is easy to confuse these two businesses as both are based in Weyburn, Saskatchewan. There is some history between these two that I will not go into. SolidSteel.Biz is Russell Tessier's business and is the one Pind referred to in his post. I also have Russell's steering brace on my truck and would not go without it. Quality of work and how it fit was excellent.
There are other steering braces out there and some cheaper. From what I have read what Russell sells ranks up there with the best. If you have any questions about what he does give him a call, he will probably answer the phone. I have found him to be down to earth, no razzle-dazzle.
