These sound great but where on earth can you purchase a few bags of them? I found one site www.oilintofuel.com but they will not sell you the magic beads unless you buy one of their overpriced filtertration systems. any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Yes, I did that for about an hour before posting. The link you posted is a powder, obviously this is not going to work to remove water and such from fuel and oil like a bag of the beads would.....

Not sure why I'm getting flack from a simple straight forward question on where to obtain something. I never stated I was a chemist or pretended to be one, obviously I'm on here to gather as much information as possible and learn. The reason I am asking is apparently there is a place selling bags of these "magic beads" but they will not sell you the beads unless you purchase one of their overpriced fuel conversion systems.....

The form used in commerce is the powder. If you add water, but much less than it will absorb, like 1:1 by weight, it'll form crystals or beads as it expands. It uses a bit of it's absorbancy, but makes handling much easier.
So why buy water? Just buy the powder and pre-treat it.
