Snow performance water methanol question???

I have snow performance water meth stage II kit. I have the 625 nozzles and im have trouble tunnning second stage spray. I first stage i have it set at 20psi and works great and delivers very smooth power. Now the second stage is set at 30 psi and when it sprays it seems to make the motor clatter more and it seems like it misses. I know i have big nozzles put could be spraying just to much for my application? any advice will help thanks in advance. mario

The first adjustment sets the minimum boost that it starts to spray at, and the second is when full voltage is supplied to the pump. How you set these depends on what you are using the system for, ie. drag racing or towing. I do think that your main problem is that you are spraying to much water/meth. I run one 625, and one 375 nozzle. Granted I don't use it much (just when towing heavy, and then only briefly), but I would think two 625 would be to much in your case. What is your max boost?

I'm running 625's and it's set at 18psi/32psi. Never misses a beat.
