Smoke switch with X2??
Will my smoke switch still work with my new X2??? I have not yet recieved it from Quad, but it will be here soon. Can I use the switch still or do I need to turn the smoke switch into an TC lock-up switch????

Is this "smoke" tune something that can be turned on and off with the Commader? My upgraded X2 ZXT is being delivered this afternoon and I was looking at this tune last night wondering how it is turned on and off.

You don't have to turn it off. Since we do it in software there is no need to worry about that. At idle it is not going to set a code like the switch will.
Now, later on we have some mix and match tuning that will have some smoke files and some normal files on them.

So if I downloaded this tune into my X2 XZT it would be on all the time? I don't think I would want it to smoke all the time only when I wanted it to. I am probaly just dense and do not understand how this tune works.

not entirely true. the max power setting is still 140, however, there is more power throughout the ENTIRE rpm range due to a faster processor making changes and calcs faster.
there is also more settings, off and 5 power levels.
