Smarty vs. BDDL
with my 04, which makes more power? i know with the 04.5 and up the smarty makes more. I was just wondering, maybe i should just try and find someone too let me barrow there smarty?

Are you sure about that? I know of a couple trucks laying it down on fuel only with the bully dog. I understand that they arent out in the forums talking about it yet and possibly other trucks with other dl's are doing the same....

Smarty = 130 hp "HOT"=200???
Diablosport = 160 hp
Personally I would go with the smarty or the diablosport, diablosport has the most power for the 03-04 trucks now, but as soon as the "hot" programs for the smarty are released, you can bet they will be among the top.

Think about it,... who is even close to Marco for putting out various Versions that address the real-world problems and situations that people have, i.e. aftermarket this and that and matching the DL to work in sync with your mods. Who does that? Marco's the man.

there was a thread a few weeks ago about a vanakken user tunable box they were testing that put out ridiculaous numbers,i think it was close to 300hp from stock,it was a wicked thread.made me want to go out and get a 3rd gen quickly.

Diablo by far would be the best IMHO on the 03-04.5. They also have a tune good for at least 200hp if not more with other custom tunes readily available on their website for free and then you have the perfectly matched stack with the puck. But, its your money.......... Im just a hair short of 700 on#2 only with mine. Barely 620 with BDTD/EZ.

03-04 trucks smarty all the way over the bddl. have both and i dont even run the bddl anymore. as of right now it seems the smarty and bddl are within 10-15 hp of each other on the 04.5 trucks and up with the exeption of the 05 autos. then you would want a bddl.

Im running the smarty on an 04 and i love it. Its stacked with a tst but if i turn the tst off it still runs strong. Now on my 05, im running the bddl scary larry stacked with a MP8. i took the scary larry off and put the smarty on and it was not as strong as the scary larry,
