Smarty update problem
I was going to send the new program to the smarty 04, downloaded the 04 moderate program. I went to send it to the smarty, and it said that the smarty is not compatible with the smarty. It was unzipped, and found the file, but would not send it to the smarty. Anyone have some solution to my problem?

S06A06000265. Does that mean that this is an 06 model. It says that it is an S04 on the back of the unit itself.

You have an S06 smarty. Please load an S06 software update and all will be fine .

10-4. I thought that it was an 04, because that is what the back of the unit tells me that it is. Is this just a misprint?
