Just got my smarty last week and downloaded the tnt from mads. On settings 2,4 and 6 I get a popping sound when I first take off and blue smoke when this happens. after that it runs fine. Also anyone know what settings on the TST work well with it. It is the old r-37 without adjustments. Thanks for your info.

I have a 2006 Dodge CTD CR with the TST and a Smarty. I find that I get good performance with the Smarty on Level #8 and the TST set on 2/1 or
3/0. With the TST on 3/1 and the Smarty Beta 4.10 I put down 581 H.P./1030TQ with my truck. You can look at my signature for the mods I have.

I am positive the popping is from a low rail. I see you have aftermarket injectors and no upgraded fuel system. the tst is a duration nightmare you will needa modded cp-3 to use the tst

Those are nice numbers. I do alot of towing almost daily with 16k and am looking for a good setting any ideas? before with the bullydog i towed on perforfer settinh and tst on 1-1. tried smarty on 3 and timing stock with tst 1-1 but it didn't feel as strong but the temps were similar around 1400

It doesn't pop at higher rpms just when grannying thru town from a light. when I first touch the throttle. after that runs smooth as silk. this is with or without the tst. when on 3,5,7 its fine. I know I do need some upgrades in the delivery dept. because I could never run the tst over 3/1 after that it feels slower. when i had the outlook junk my rail psi never dropped but it never seemed to accurate to me.
