Smarty Loading Problem?

Smarty Loading Problem?
My smarty downloader when i first got it only took 3 minutes to load(Smarty to truck) now it takes over 15 min to load? Can anyone figure this out? And i have tried 2 different smarty's same outcome.

Im trying to figure out what happened to "The customer is always right" saying i have posted before about SMALL smarty issues and always get the BS alert from you. I understand im not a professional but i am simpily stating a concern i am having thats it. Why cant i just get a straight answer like "i will look into it"? I just wanted to know if it was something to worry about or is this normal? I have loaded the same smarty on the same year of truck and it took just a bit over 7 minutes... Yes i timed it for the simple reason i new it was taking longer on my truck. Im simply stating my expierence with the smarty.. You have said this yourself no two truck are alike.

I am simply trying to help. Did you happen to switch from an s04 smarty to a s06 smarty?
The s06 smarty has more software and that may be the difference.
Since the beginning Marco is always make the ecm tune time shorter eith quicker boot upgrades.
How can I help you? The cummins ecm is rated for 100K flashes.

I downloaded the newest software back then and nothing seemed to get it fixed so i decided to live with the generic stock software. i could not find what version the dealer flashed it last... Anyways that is a dead issue... This uploading time was just a concern not a problem i was a little curious what was causing it,and if i should be worried?
