Smarty Loading Help

want to change program but i suck on the computer was there a thread as far as how to load and unzip files seems i am a bit lost

I'm sure Bob would help but already bugged him earlier today thought i might be able to get it done without taking up bunch of his time will save that for when i really need it

go to the mads electronics website and down load 7zip and use it to unzip the file you downloaded...also here is the link from mads site http://www.7-zip.org/
