smarty and quad xzt stack

I know its been beaten to death, and i've done lots of searching on here, but i really can't get a good hold on wether these two stack really good together. I've heard people talking that the quad standard box and smarty are good. i'm going to have my smarty in a day or too and maybe get the quad xzt if it will stack nicely. what is everyones thoughts. anyone have this setup and what type of hp am i looking at with stock turbo. (for now).

dude, they stack great. check my sig, that'll give you an idea for you. you'll get slightly less cause of the turbo, but you'll get close.

My buddy's '04.5 dyno'd 464 HP with Smarty on #9... basically stock everything else. Are your #s with the Smarty up all the way, and the Quad Race also maxxed out? With your turbo, it seems as though you've got more in there!

smarty only on 8, and waste gate at 42lbs. worried about the head gasket and think the rail was draining.
did the cp3 mod 2 weeks ago, feels like alot more, and at BD gonna go for broke and run it on #9 and at 50 psi. Either going to make more power, or lift the head.
Studs are not in the immediate budget, she's still steamed over the smarty.

those are pretty impressive numbers. so you got 505hp with the turbo and smarty on #8. with no quad stack

I've got the XZT and Smarty stack as well, and the bottom and mid-range are just awesome. Smarty by itself is impressive, but the XZT really makes it come alive.

exactly. since I've totally hijacked this thread, I'll get back on track.

With a stock turbo, the smarty/quad stack(or any stack for that matter) will get very hot very quick. for a 10-15 second dyno run, it will not be a concern. but I would not drive around stacked that way without a larger, more Egt friendly turbo. That will get very expensive.
