Silverline 5" Question

I just ordered the Silverline 5" turbo back exhaust for my truck and had one question. Does it come with the nice band clamps or does it come with the crappy u-bolt clamps? Thanks

I just installed the 4" on my truck and it came with the u-clamps. But, I got the 409 exhaust. I think if you get the 304 system it might come with the nice clamps.

Forget all the clamps and weld it inplace, it looks so much cleaner. And if youever have to remove it u just take a sawzall to it, and then weld it up again when putting it back. Its alot easier than messing withall the pinches where the clamps are. Thats if you have your own mig.

I think it is 5 band clamps you will need.
1-bottom of downpipe
1-end of that section
1-front of muffler
1-rear of muffler
1-between rearend and tailpipe.

The band clamps are the bomb. They should make for a fairly easy removal if you ever decide to take it off.

I couldn't get the u clamps to fit together when they went over the pipe so I went this route also.
